Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson born 27th March, 1970, height 5'9 is an American actress, best known for her role in the role of the character Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's TV show Lost and as FBI Agent Erica Evans on V. She's been in such movies as The Santa Clause 2 The Santa Clause. Gia And The Escape Clause. Mitchell is currently on the co-star list for Eric Kripke's TV series Revolution airing on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell is her stepfather and Josephine Marian Mitchell, nee Jenkins (her mother) both have jobs as lawyers based out of Dallas. Mitchell along with her mother relocated in Dallas Texas in 1970 where the mother of her child got married Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell has graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts the school that is public and magnet. She is the eldest of three sisters with the others of whom are Kristina Katherine Day Kate Mitchell and Kristina Kristie Mitchell, and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In 1991, she graduated of Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and also studying at the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years at Dallas Theater Center and a time working at Encore Theater.
